He made the process go smoothly and quicker than originally quoted; all good attributes to be experiencing after being without air for a day-and-a-half! It was later in the day when I got paperwork processed and approved for financing, but he made sure he had my new unit at my house by 5:00 and completed the installation by 6:30/7:00.
